We asked Joanna to share with us her inspiration in designing this line of fabric.

In the middle of designing this collection, I had the occasion to drive through the farmlands and blooming orchards of Northern California on my way to teach a seminar. Somewhere far along the back roads, without another soul in sight, I started dreaming of fruit stands and jams, of summer flowers and dresses billowing in the summer winds. This collection makes me think of that kind of farmland summer and even though I have never lived on a farm, I long to be a farm girl at heart.  I hope you enjoy this line of fabrics as much as I enjoyed creating it for you.
